DQ Pro partnered with a big OEM company aiming to enter the Latin American market by eliminating reliance on third-party intermediaries in the electronics and avionics sector. Over a two-year engagement, we helped design and implement a direct-to-end-user program that positioned our client as a sole-source provider. The result: improved service delivery, enhanced cost efficiency for the end user, and a streamlined supply and support chain that boosted our client’s profit margins. The program’s success is now being replicated in multiple countries—demonstrating the strength of our regional strategy and our ability to solve legacy challenges where OEMs had struggled due to fragmented communication channels.
DQ Pro’s expertise in the functioning of the FMS system enabled us to help a customer establish the right conditions and approach for a complex upgrade program to an end user’s legacy aircraft fleet. This facilitated effective linkage with USG parties and ensured transparency throughout. Designed to span from two to five years, the initiative positioned the customer to expand into G2G business in the region, delivering sustained modernization and full compliance with the highest quality standards required for the project.

Over the past five years, we’ve delivered first-class instruction by designing and implementing tailored courses, maintaining rigorous educational standards, and selecting top-tier instructors and subject matter experts. To date, nearly 1,000 students from 12 countries have completed one or more training programs among 65 courses offered—solidifying our customer's reputation as a trusted provider of high-quality aviation training across the region.
